11.3 Maximum Liability. jl50's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl50 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jl50 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform.
